Candidates are required to fill the application form on website Application form is available online only. Entrance examination fee for each subject is INR 200 which is to be submitted in form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Finance and Accounts Officer, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

The application form along with the Demand Draft is to be submitted to the concerned department either by post/courier or by person.

Candidates can also avail the copy of course directory by paying a sum of INR 100 to the University in form of cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of Finance and Accounts Officer, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

NOTE: If course directory is demanded through post then a sum of INR 30 extra is to be paid by the candidates.

User facts:

• If there are less than 10 candidates allotted to an examination centre then that centre is subjected to cancellation and information regarding this will be made available on the University website.
• Applications are accepted after the last date of submission with a late fee of INR 100.
• There is also a provision to accepted application form with super late fee of INR 500.

Required documents to be send to the university:

• 12 copies of research proposals
• Marks card of Post Graduation
• Migration certificate
• Copy of professional experience and published research work wherever necessary.

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 year Full-time Ph.D Program should have pass post-graduation or its equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

Note: 

• For Thesis evaluations & Viva-voce Rs. 4000/- will be charged.
• There will be increase in fee by 10% every year
