Course Description

AMET University accepts admission applications in online and offline mode.

For an offline application, students can collect the form in person from the University Office by paying Rs. 1000/- or download from the website, and submit by sending it to the Admission office of AMET University at Kanathur or the City office at Anna Nagar.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility: (a) Pass in 12th Standard examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as separate subjects with a PCM average of not less than 60%. (b) The candidate must have secured minimum 50% marks in English language in 10th or 12th standard exam (As per DGS Norms).

Relaxation of 5% in English marks will be applicable to candidates who are native of the Lakshadweep and Andaman & Nicobar Islands and belong to their Scheduled Tribes and who & both of whose parents were born in those islands & belong to the Scheduled Tribes of those islands. For SC/ST candidates: There will be a 5% relaxation in eligibility marks of PCM; however, it will not apply to English Marks.

Note: The candidate must have passed the 10th and 12th standard from a recognized board.

Qualifying in IMU CET is mandatory for admission.

Age Limit: Below 25 years at the time of commencement of the Programme.
