Applications for renewal are invited from candidates who are permanent residents in the State of Meghalaya studying within or outside the state.\r\n\t
This scholarship is applicable for students undergoing a Diploma, Degree, post-graduate or registration in M.Phil. \/ Ph.D courses of any institute recognized by the Government.\r\n\t
Candidate must carry the relevant documents as prescribed by the University and a PRC Certificate issued from the Deputy Commissioner of the District stating that the candidate is a permanent resident.\r\n\t

Submission of the valid Identity Proof is mandatory.\r\n\t
The total Annual Income of the family should not exceed more than INR 8,00,000.\r\n\t
